Fast delivery, and top quality product. Adjusting the saddle with the two screws at first is a bit hard to get the hang of, but once fixed it is perfect...I would buy it again.

The seatpost is quality which is expected from Thomson. Have installed it immediately when I received the seatpost. The only complain is on the courier service used for the destination. Please avoid using Pos Malaysia as they do fulfill the delivery with failed attempt without call me to pick up the parcel and they do not arrange for 2nd delivery. I forced to collect it from the post office which has defeated the purpose of paying for the delivery fees.

This is an awesome seat post. Being the cycling equivalent of a Clydesdale, I really like the security and piece of mind that the oval profile gives me. I also like the fine adjustment you get with the twin bolt cradle. I can get my saddle set up just how I like it without any hassle. I already have the silver version of this seat post on my fixie but had a bit of spare cash so decided to replace it with the black version to match the rest of the bike's components. I had loads of trouble trying to find a retailer in New Zealand that actually stocked a Ø27.2. Really stoked that I've finally managed to get my hands on a one from BikeInn!
Fine seatpost but unsuitable for Di2

an excellent seat post I am sure but just a warning not to buy this under the impression that it is suitable for use with a di2 battery. The oval rather than round interior makes insertion of battery impossible. Other than that maybe a little heavy at 259g for the price and I have found Thomson seatposts a bit fidddly for saddle adjustment.

Can this product work with 7x10 carbon rails ?

It is not impossible to use it, but you must use a clamp for carbon rail (sold separately).

Thomson say when working with carbon rails, to take top clamp cover right off, probably to make sure, rails bed into cradle properly. My seat rails are only 7.5 mm, there is a company called Pro Net which goes into more research and details about high end cycle saddles uses and benefits. Thomson seat post is worth the extra money thou, mainly from extra machining and there own website goes into more details about the Elite Seat post.
