very good product, to put a but, the rope should be a little longer, because in my case I do not pick it up from the roof of the vehicle but from the ground.

Hi, what is the maximum width of the suspended object - i have a 140cm wide roof tent - will this work?

I think that will be too wide, those black wheels, the four of them, are only about 1m apart

on the ground the rope drops to about 1 meter, if it was a little longer it would be better while if you lift the trunk it can reach up to the ceiling without problems

The rope reaches a maximum of 2 meters downwards. I didn´t measure this number but took it from the operating instructions. If the object to be attached is wider than the horizontal side distance, the distance will be shortened downwards. I attach a roof tent with the Thule Lift and get a distance of maybe 120 - 150 cm. If the rope I received (10m long, 5mm diameter) is too short, you can easily replace it with a longer one.

Hello, the distance from the roof of the garage to the roof of the car is 115 cm, I have a thule xt motion M chest and I would like to know if there are no mounting problems with that distance and that I can take the chest! Regards

115cm Basically it works. If the rope is not long enough. Buying a longer rope is totally doable.
