Hi Are these panniers compatable with the Thule Tour Pannier Rack? https://www.tradeinn.com/bikeinn/en/thule-tour-pannier-rack/136513215/p?queryID=64256425aaa8758b4685b3b74cfe9fe0&buscador_search It will be going on the back of a Carrera mountain bike. It panniers will have to hold a hard shell Peli laptop case 40cm 35cm 4cm. Thanks William

Yes this is compatible. I use this combination on my bullit when I go on holiday with it. Once the luggage carrier is properly adjusted to your bicycle, mounting/removing it is easy.
