The ICLIC FIXED cleat works with all XPRO and XPRESSO pedals. This cleat is only available independently and is not included with new XPRO and XPRESSO pedals. This is a zero-float cleat design, so there are zero (0) degrees of heel float and no lateral float along the pedal axle. It´s compatible with all three-hole road shoes, but the included shim may be required for shoes that have a large curvature in the forefoot area. Full details are included in the easy-to-use instructions.

Hello. It is not fixed since it has a maximum oscillation of about +- 10°.

I use them with Xpresso 4 pedals set to medium hardness (these pedals have 3 positions) and they allow a little heel movement. They are not totally fixed. I suppose normal wear and tear affects it too. The shoes I use are not made of carbon and have a medium stiffness.

Yeah! The foot is fixed to the pedal. It will take some trial and error fine-tuning, but when you have it, it´s cool. I had never tried them and I really like them. At both exits the detail of being fixed to the pedal goes unnoticed. I have a second pair of shoes and I also put the fixed cleats on. Very happy!
