hello how many links should i extend my chain when switching out from the stock shimano pulley wheels

My experience was that it was not necessary to use a longer chain when fitting these. The lower one is a little bit larger, but the difference is not huge. I just swapped them for the stock Shimano pulleys, and the shifting was absolutely fine. You may need to adjust the b-tension screw slightly. I did this because I had already used Garbaruk oversized pulleys on another bike (same size), and the manufacturer advised there was no need to add chain links.
