I had another mirror on the handlebars, with a flexible neck that could be turned almost any way you want. It has an advantage, but also the disadvantage that it could be turned when I cycled on uneven ground, for example in the forest. trumpf Anti-Glare Miror does not have that problem, it is a metal stick and stays stable. You can set it in three ways: at the screw device longer / shorter and turn it, and at the mirror itself there are three more screws for fine adjustment. It weighs slightly more than my previous mirror (a few tens of grams more), but it is not a deal-breaker or forces me to have higher air pressure on my fatbike. Do you need a mirror on the handlebars to be able to look back? Then you want this mirror on your shopping list.
