Easy to install, but the special valves are just too short and extenders are sleeves so you cannot complete the seal. I use a regular valve but after the foam compresses it seals the tree so you cannot let air ou to remove the tyre. Longer valve options would solve this 80mm & 100mm would be ideal.

The valve is suitable for 40-45mm deep rims. I think it´s possible to use with 50mm as well but it depends of Presta head/valve construction on pump side.

I think this is difficult to answer. Depends on the road quality, the rider weight. I wouldn´t encourage other than riding slowly and safely until I can stop and get help by car. Changing tire with the insert will be more than difficult.
