Excellent pedals. I switched from the Look system to Speedplay and would not go back. The coupling system is difficult at first, but after a couple of starts you feel like before. Highly recommended.

The big advantage is that you can walk with the speed play spikes. The second is to fasten on both sides. But, you need to get used to buckling up correctly, pressing exactly vertically on the pedal. The installation is not complicated, there are wedges in the set for different bending of the cycling shoes, a lot of adjustments. Well, the Comp model is a good competitor to other brands with less advantages.

Fixing and detaching with juice can be done smoothly. I feel that power transmission to the pedals can be done without loss. It is a pedal that I would like to use for higher models.

Fantastic pedals, many adjustments available, this is the second pair I've bought because I own two bikes and I can finally use a pair of sole shoes, I think that anyone who tries these pedals will never go back, I recommend trying them
