Hello, it will be appropriate if the diameter of the stem where the handlebar of your bike is placed is the same as this one.

I think this handlebar is not the best fit for a fixie/single speed due to being too wide. Of course, it can be cut at the ends, but I think buying the handlebar in the right size and shape for your needs will save you time and money.

In the photo you can´t see the curvature. I have a 720. I plan with a certain angle and I want the same thing, but wider, can I turn it upwards like making an arc that goes towards my arms?

If it has curvature and you should turn it up, it is more comfortable and the wrists hurt less, which when turning it, the xlc mark is lost downwards and it is less visible, but it works better that way
