there is slight wiggle in the saddle when mounted but I don't think it is an issue. It is normal with telescopic seatposts. The leaver is black not silver (at least on mine) which looks much better than on the image.

Is this compatible with internal cable routing?

No it is an externally routed dropper. Very easy to fit . It would be nicer with a parallel thumb lever rather than the over the bar one it comes with.
