Etxeondo Rali Bib Shorts

July 2015. The start of the Tour de France. Etxeondo presented a revolutionary pair of shorts that incorporated the Dyneema fibre for the first time: a technological advance to provide crash protection. Later that year, Rali won the Innovation Award at Eurobike. Rali combines two technologies: PowerSystem Endurance provides compression, exceptional fit and comfort while Dyneema 3.0 offers a high resistance to abrasion. A compressive, multi-panel design deploys Dyneema in key areas, protecting the rider in the event of a fall. Seamless construction on the inner part of the thigh ensures precise, stable adjustment throughout your ride while one piece, seamless bibs provide unparalleled freedom of movement. Etxeondos Precision & Movement technology provides the carefully-positioned Urraki chamois, combining a perfect anatomical shape with elastic stitching for the smoothest ride.The Urraki chamois mixes multiple pieces of high recovery visco-elastic memory foam, guarding against deformation and ensuring freedom of movement. An outer layer of Microfiber reduces skin temperature and friction. As in all our chamois, we use an antibacterial treatment, but do not use glue or stamping to avoid any allergic reaction or excessive heating of the skin.

- High Modulus Polyethylene, branded as Dyneema®. Because of the extremely long molecular chains this material combines extremely high strength with minimum weight. It is up to 15 times stronger than steel, on a gram-for-gram basis. Dyneema® is highly resistant to abrasion, moisture and UV light.

Care:

- Use a wash bag
- Use a delicate wash cycle, not greater than 30 degrees
- Do not use bleach or softener
- Do not tumble dry or dry in direct sunlight
