Hi, In the product description it says it doesn’t include “splash guard rods and clamps” Does this mean it doesn’t come with mounting hardware?

Hello, the mudguards are complete, just missing the hardware to attach to the bike frame.

That’s right. It doesn’t come with some of the hardware needed to mount it. It’s a strange thing for them to skimp on but I can’t complain given the price! I ended up spending a few dollars at a hardware store

Hello, the kit includes the mudguard and the fixing elements. It does not contain screws. The intermediate attachment point of the rear mudguard must be folded and adapted. The metal fixings must be shortened depending on the bike. Article reserved for a good handyman. I am completely satisfied because the price is reduced.

Reading the description, I think it means "without splash guard", eg the little black mud flap that comes on the end of some of their fenders but not these ones. And "rods and clamps included" to mean it comes with the rods and fittings to attach the rods to the fenders. Mine came with the rods and clamps, but didn´t come with any bolts to attach them to the bicycle frame.
