I mounted it on my gravel with steel frame and I have to say after several months of use in various terrains that it is very comfortable and absorbs the roughness of the terrain. The price is important but the comfort is excellent. Highly recommended to increase the pleasure of long rides.

This seatpost is pricey, but makes your gravel bike more comfortable and lighter. The leaf-spring design mutes big hits and smoothes out washboard surfaces. CHECK WHETHER YOU’RE ORDERING THE MODEL WITH NO SETBACK OR WITH SETBACK. THE UNIT WITH SETBACK WILL INCREASE THE REACH OF YOUR SET-UP 25mm.

Dampens the the road really well. It feels like a slow flat at the back. Go over a small bump, front tire hit, rear nothing. On a big bump it hits like a small, even on cobbles i could keep pedaling better then i used to. Would i advise it to anyione to have more comfort? Yes i would. U dont need, but nice to have.

The product looks very good (even more than the saddles of the same brand). Clear instructions and sachet of "rough" grease for assembly. Does not include the adapter for the oval rail to lock the full-carbon saddles (to be purchased separately). Exact weight of the seatpost 249gr. The comfort is very good, it dampens the small bumps well and softens the more relevant ones. High-end product at a high-end price. I advise

This seatpost perfectly complements my Lauf True Grit and it's front suspension. Easy to set up and provides an added layer of comfort on off road adventures. I sense virtually no bobbing while pedaling, just more comfort.

About the difference in flexibility between zero offset and 25mm offset

Is there a difference in flexibility between zero offset and 25mm offset? For example, when setting this product on a motorcycle in the same way and applying a load of 80 kg to each, I think that a 25 mm offset is easier to flex (easier to bend and sink) than a zero offset. , Is there such a thing?

Yes, the 25mm offset post will definitely deflect vertically moreso compared to the 0mm offset one, which will results in a slightly more comfortable ride. "The straight post is loaded primarily axially, or directly in line with the post in compression. The setback post has a combination of loading both axial and bending. Since most every structural material will be stronger in compression than bending. The straight post will have virtually no deflection when loaded, the setback post on the other hand will likely have a subtle deflection (change of shape) that can lead to a bit of shock absorption." That said, I have the 0mm offset one, and while it doesn't deflect much vertically, the little bit of horizontal deflection actually dampens the ride a bit because the seat tube angle isn't perfectly vertical (it's 70-something degrees instead of straight-up 90 degrees).

The material making up the post is fairly thick, leaving little if any space between the two halves below the point of insertion. So, no, I don´t think you´re going to be able to fit anything inside it.

Good morning, since the seat tube is made up of two crescent-shaped elements to guarantee damping, it is not possible to insert any pump inside as the tube is not round.

You can put a reducing bushing from 31.6 mm to 27.2 mm on an aluminum frame. I have an aluminum frame with a seatpost size of 31.6 mm. Thank you

I did just that but glued the 31.6mm spacer in as mine was creaking. Make sure this seatpost sticks out no less than minimium markings so it not impede the flexing function of the seatpost.

Maximum insertion depth leaves you with 152 mm (15.2 cm). 255 mm of seat post at MINIMUM insertion.

There is a printed scale on the seatpost for min/max insertion of the seatpost in the frame. I have the zero offset model but the offset version is the same, they require a minimium of aprominately 140mm or 14cm sticking out from tube in frame to centre line of pivot bolts to operate. So in your case being 110mm or 11cm, it will not have enough.

There is no specific weight adjustment. The only adjustment is the lean angle.

The seat post is not adjustable for weight. The adjustability is for the seat angle only. You set up seat angle & seat height as you would set up a normal seatpost. Note, The two leaf springs flex & provide good comfort, more than a normal seat post. The maximum load when fully extended is 100 kg or 220 lbs.

Yes, the one advertised here is a zero offset/ zero setback. But they sell both zero & offset. If it's straight in the picture of the product it's zero offset, if it's curved at the top, it's the offset type.

No, the seatpost does not have a hole in the centre, it is actually made of 2 solid pieces of carbon that can slide against each other for adjustment & flex purposes.
